You can make an account to upload the models which you want to sell. State whether or not you are a private seller or professional (model shop or online retailer). Then upload photos you have taken of the model you are posting on Model Plane Zone, give it a title, description, and fill in as many filters as you are able to. Filling in more filters and giving a more detailed description will increase the likelihood of your model being found by people who are looking to buy it. It is possible to upload products as bundles but this will decrease the probability of specific models in the bundle or collection from being found. A small fee of 10% as standard will be deducted from your sale for using the Model Plane Zone platform. You have the option of choosing Buyer Protection. This will cost 7% of the purchase you have made but will make sure that your purchase is protected and that the seller sends you the correct item. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, after returning it, you will get your money back from Model Plane Zone. Buyer protection cover: faulty items, incorrect items, forgotten items, and if the seller never sends the product. Please note that buyer protection unfortunately does not cover Loss or damage while in transit through a postal or delivery service.

For the moment, we are limiting ourselves to just model planes and their accessories. This would include the models themselves, their accessories, or display accessories too. We will be looking to expand the variety of what can be sold through Model Plane Zone shortly. Model Plane Zone has the benefit of international reach of customers and stores in order to sell and buy from a much larger audience than could be achieved through local online marketplace platforms. It also offers the benefit of being a specialised and dedicated platform to this hobby and allows for more specific searches to be conducted. By having specific filters and terms, it will be easier to find the products you’re looking for or to find the clients you would normally not have access to. If you need assistance with uploading models either because you have a large volume of stock or need assistance with adding the technical information about the model, this can be done for you by Model Plane Zone. That includes needing help with pricing, filters, specific names and information of model types, etc. This will be done for a small fee which will vary depending on the number of models you wish to upload and the prices will vary between EUR 0.50 to 1.25 per aircraft. Uploads will first need to be manually verified before they are able to be placed publicly on the platform. If you are a professional retailer, this can be set to automatic.
